how to choose the correct windows10 ISO ?

Hi there.

I'm trying to download a windows 10 ISO, but I don't know how to choose the most appropriate file.

Here are my choices on Dell support :

How to know which one I should choose ?

Always go for x64 Pro version.. and don't worry.. even if you select any.. it would be fine..
