How do I choose drive to install Windows?

Hello,

Long story short my windows got corrupted because it tried to update Windows without having enough memory space. I got to this point where I just need to install a fresh windows but when it got to this step and prompted with "Windows can't be installed on this drive". See images below, I tried to delete some partitions but didn't wanna delete the rest. Every partition I clicked on, I could not click next. What's something I can try?
