Headphones no longer working

I own a pair of Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Headphones, and they simply stopped working. Nothing happened to them. In the rare occasion that I do get them to connect, they are almost fully charged, and almost instantly stop working anyways. Whenever I flip the power switch, it just says power off. It usually does this when the battery is extremely low or dead, but now it just wont ever turn on. It occasionally turns on when plugged in, but wont connect to the dongle, or even go into pairing mode for Bluetooth. I charged it for an entire night, and it worked for maybe 30 seconds before disconnecting, and even then, when I connected it to my phone to see the battery, it was only at 55%. For a pair of $200 headphones, I shouldn't be having such an issue. I would like a solution reasonably soon, because I don't own another pair of headphones or have another microphone. Thank you.

Hey!

I also have noticed some really weird behaviour from this headset.
What I found out and helped me to understand this issue a bit more:
Somewhere inside the documentation it tells you that the power switch does not react as long as there is a usb connection with your headset and pc. That means if you switch the power button to "on" and then connect it via usb to charge it. The headset will stay on the whole time. Even when you disconnect the cable.
Still today I have the problem that my headset is not connecting to my 2,4 dongle when i tried to switch from bluetooth mode to 2.4g.

Turn off the handphones for 60 seconds or charge headphones from another usb cable. It just and idea, i hope it will work.

I'm also struggling with this, sometimes it comes right and others it just refuses to turn on even after an hour has passed. Usually I can get it to work if I plug it into the PC but that also is not a gaurantee. If I turn it on there is about 1 second where you can hear the ANC do something but that's it then nothing.

They suddenly turned off while wearing them, I plugged them into two different charging cables (not attached to the pc) and when I unplug them I hear 'power off'. I tried downloading the "Alienware Pro Wireless Headset Firmware Update tool" located: https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-pt/product/aw-dsotm-pro-wl-gaming-headset/drivers and updated the firmware, seems the dongle and headset firmware was a mismatch. After a few minutes it completed and it seems for now the headset is working fine again. I'll update if it loses connection or power again
