HD pro webcam c920 not working
Hi, i have had this camera fot two years now and recently whenever i try to use the camera through zoom, meet, dicsord and whatsapp the camera torn on and in 2 minutes freeze completly and the only way i can torn it off is by disconnecting the usb. I've tryed everything and coming across a tutorial i saw the support assist option for troubleshooting. I ran the troubleshooting process for the camera, everything is ok. I then used zoom, made it freeze and tryed again with the troubleshoot that has been stuck as well for 20 minutes at preparing .
The only message i got from whatsapp when it stopped working was "your camera is unuvailable or in use in another app"
I gave access to the camera, i reinstalled the camera and the drivers, tryed it on another pc and got the same results.
Help?

Neither Zoom , Discord, Meet, Whats App or Logitech C920 are supported here.

The 920 cam is UVC so it doesnt have drivers they are built into windows. None of this is supported by Dell.

If you tried it on another PC and got the same results, do you think anyone would be able to solve your camera problem? It's a closed unit that has by the sound of it failed.

My point is its plug and play and doesn't need drivers.
There is no support for software or Non Dell hardware here.
There are no soft fixes for physically bad hardware.
C920 works with MACOS, LINUX, Windows on ZOOM with Firefox as web browser nothing to install.

Having issues with Zoom Client? Scroll down and click the link that says Join from your Browser. Nothing to install.
I purchased one of these yesterday at best buy for my client who was having issues with cheap non UVC cam.

Showed him it working with zoom via web browser on MACOS, UBUNTU, and Windows.
Plug in go to zoom meeting URL and Run.
It just works.
