Razer Core X Chroma - External enclosure with GPU

XFX Radeon RX580 8GB

Thunderbolt 3

WINDOWS FOUND:

Razer Core X Chroma - YES

Razer Synapse 4 (Control of lighting app) - YES

Device Manager - YES

Sysinfo32 - YES

CMD "wmic path win32_VideoController get name" - YES

Everything is up to date, being nagged to move to Win11.

3rd PARTY SOFTWARE

GPU-Z - YES

DELL SupportAssist - YES

GENERAL:

Tried 2 other GPU's, pulled from working desktops

Tried 4 other THB3/4 cables

Swapped out PSU in enclosure

Ran DDU and AMD Cleanup - Countless times

Tried all CND commands

Tried every internet "Fix" with no joy

ME:

I have waisted 2 reincarnations of my life trying to sort this out

HELP:

I will give my next newborn child to someone who can "Fix" this issue.

It is getting personal.
