glitching to not detect camera

Hi,

My built-in camera is glitching and most of the time it shows no camera detected. My laptop is almost brand new, I bought August 2022 and I've only used it once in a while whenever I search for an online job. And aside of glitching camera, I heard loud noise of fan twice. What is happening? I haven't use it for a job. What will happen if I already have an online job and needs to install apps?
