Flashdrive/SD-Card with FAT32 problem

I found a problem with flashdrives and sd memory cards on my new Vostro 5471 laptop. I have Windows 10 Pro ver. 1709.

If drives has FAT32 file system, I have message that drive is not formatted. All drives are ok, they work on other PC with no problems. If drives has NTFS filesystem - everything is ok.

I have newest BIOS (from 21 Febr. 2018)

Could anyone help me?

How large are the drives? Win 10 will not format a FAT32 partition larger than 32 GBs.

I have seen those types of messages for several years regarding drives used with other OSes. It may come around it you keep trying..

I try flashdrives with 8-16GB capacity. I'm sure they are ok - work fine on other PC with Windows 10.

I found one more problem - if I connect my digital camera with usb and camera has FAT32 card, the same problem occurs (drive need to be formated)
