Factory Restore to Windows 10 and upgrade to Windows 11
My XPS15 9500 came with Windows 10 Home and I got a free upgrade to Windows 11 (Online Install). If I restore to factory, it will go to Windows 10. How can I reinstall the Windows 11 upgrade after the Windows 10 OEM Restore?

There is no point in reverting to 10 and then upgrading again - just install a clean copy of Windows 11, which will auto-activate when you go online (assuming it's activated now).
Make a copy with the latest MS Media Creation tool to a flash drive, and do a fresh install.
