Enable TPM which is geographically missing
Hi - I bought my G3 3579 whilst teaching in Russia and, therefore, there is no TMP and securit does not appear under device manager. I wish to upgrade to Windows 11 ( I am no longer in Russia). Please how to I enable a TPM which does not exist? I have searched and searched to no avail. Any help would be gratefully received. Mike Vernon

The only way to do that will be to replace the mainboard with one from a system sold other than in a country where TPM/PTT is disallowed by law.
