Downgrade from windows 11-10 please help

I came across the infamous windows 11 “boot loop.” So I ran through all the steps of trying to fix it, system restore, commands, reset pc, un-install updates. I’m thinking it’s my bios that’s outdated but I even went ahead and started a fresh install back to windows 10. Loaded the install media via flash drive, that all installed. I then get to the point where it restarts to continue the install process, I get back to the dell loading screen, and it freezes at 42%. Followed the pro tip of turning the pc off, removing the flash drive, and making sure boot manager was priority. Once the computer restarts again, I get the error “the computer restarted unexpectedly and windows installation cannot proceed. To install, restart the computer and restart the installation”

please for the love of god help. Going on 2 full days of trying to troubleshoot this

you can try to install Windows 10 in legacy boot mode. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the BIOS setup menu.
  2. Navigate to the Boot menu.
  3. Change the Boot Mode to Legacy.
  4. Save your changes and exit the BIOS setup menu.
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. Boot from the installation media.
  7. During the installation process, select Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).
  8. Select the drive where you want to install Windows 10 and click on Next.
  9. Windows will be installed.
