dlbcserv.exe has encountered a problem.....

For the past 4-5 days, about 15 minutes after I sign in and begin working I get a pop-up advising me that: "dlbcserv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry...." I send the error report to MS and carry on. What ever has shut down seems to have no effect on what I'm doing. What is going on? I'm using WinXPPro, Netscape dial-up for e-mail, Firefox for web browsing. John in Houston

I dont know why this is happening but it has something to do with configuring a Dell Photo printer. http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/dlbcserv/

No luck.  Is there some way to fix this without spending $30 for more software?
