Did Dow back up and reset and now?
How do I recover all the data that I made with Dell back up and Reset? I tried downloading zip files to unzip like windrower or seven zip and only some of the files are openable. Some are coming up 0 MB please help thank you. my Dell Support software doesn’t give me the option to restore the files so that’s why I had to download the zip openers. It’s a Dell XPS

Which Dell program did you use to back up your data? Also, what is the computer model and the OS installed?
