"Dell Update" Won't Install

XPS 15 9570

I've been trying to get the "Dell Update" application onto my PC to streamline driver updates, but every time I try to install it on my machine I get an error. All other Dell executables have worked without issue. I've tried running it as admin but that wasn't successful either. See log below:
