Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Stuck At System Configuration

Question

Hello, please help me.

I turned to livechat's technical support but their service was abyssmal. That's why I am here.

So I tried to reset and update windows using Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery.

However, I am stuck at this page for 2 hours now.

Question 1: Should I wait 5 to 10 hours?

Question 2: Does this part of software require internet connection? (Because it disconnected from my mobile hotspot due to idle/no active usage. I cannot reconnect it obviously since now it's in recovery mode.)

Question 3: Is it safe to do force restart?

reset and update are contrary  not sure what you are trying to do

There were 2 option to reset: factory os reset (core) and newest windows reset (home). I chose the latter option.
