Dell Studio 1737 touchpad driver

Hello all,

I recently acquired a Dell Studio 1737 laptop, missing only the HDD.

it was upgraded from stock with a Core 2 Duo T9900 3.06ghz processor, 8gb of ram, and an intel 7260 dual band ac Wi-Fi card with Bluetooth by the original owner.

Since it was only missing the HDD, I put in a 500gb crucial SSD. 

I know it came with vista originally, but the only OS I had to install was W10, everything installed fine with the exception of the touchpad driver (moves fine, just no gesture/scrolling), and the Alps driver listed for the original OS won’t install…

is there any hope for me? Or am I stuck with no scrolling?
