Dell OptiPlex 3050 Windows 7 Graphic Driver

I have installed Windows 7 in Dell OptiPlex 3050 with 7th Generation Processor.

However, I am having problem installing the Video Driver as stated in the link below

Intel HD Graphics 510 / 530 / 630 Driver

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=9X1XX

The error that occurs is  " The windows does not meet the minimum requirement of the driver"

Is there any alternative graphic driver I can install to my desktop?

Thank you.

You need the dell drivers for your laptop and there are no win 7 drivers for 7th Gen processor. Reinstall windows 10. From this page-- www.dell.com/.../operating-system

it says--

Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 operating systems not supported on *7th Generation Intel® Core™ processors.

That particular driver works for multiple models. The Windows 7 support is only for 6th generation systems, there is no support for Windows 7 and 7th generation systems as Mary G stated:

Microsoft stopped supporting windows 7 on newer processors.

This has nothing to do with Dell.

NVIDIA, INTEL, ATI etc have also stopped supporting 32 bit drivers.

From now on its 64 bit only and Windows 10 only drivers.

Sandy Bridge is the last version that supports windows 7 "second generation" of the Intel Core processors (Core i7, i5, i3)

Microsoft said no more windows 7 as early as 2016.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-7-end-of-life-support-information

After 10 years, support for Windows 7 is coming to an end on January 14, 2020.

Intel's Kaby Lake and newer series I7-7xxx, I5-7xxx CPU will only have Windows 10 operating system support.

Skylake Core processors will support Windows 7, 8.1,10.

This was announced in 2016.

Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 devices that have a seventh-generation or a later generation processor will also no longer be able to scan or download updates through Windows Update or Microsoft Update.”

Windows 8.0 is totally dead now and not supported.
