Dell Machines Random BitLocker Occurence

Latitude 7530

Latitude 7530

Hello

Last year in November we had a migration and moved our devices from one Microsoft 365/Intune Environment to another.

Since then we are now starting to get random machines BitLocker. End users will turn on their computer and will be greeted by the BitLocker Recovery Screen. This should only happen if the end user has put the Windows PIN or Password incorrect 3 times, but now they just randomly Bitlocker

I had a look in Microsoft Intune if there was anything under Devices > Windows Updates. I was thinking this was caused by Driver Update. I removed the devices from Driver Updates and Quality Updates in Intune but it hasn't helped.

This appears to happen to a variety of Dell devices in our environment such as Dell Optiplex 3070's, Optiplex 3000's and Latitude 5530's

I can't seem to find anything in Event Viewer on one of the machines that this has happened for. I think maybe Dell Command Update is causing this? I pulled the Activity Log File from Dell Command Updates off one of the machines and see it auto updates, possibly some driver update from this program is causing this?

I also found this article, so I don't know if its just some random bug currently?

Is anyone experiencing this problem or have some ideas on what further to check?

Thanks
