Dell inspiron stuck in update loop
I have an inspiron 14 2in1 and i just pressed update and shutdown but now it is stuck in an update loop and won’t let me in and won’t finish updating for the past 2 days. Help me please 
it’s been stuck at this 98% for days and the spinning dots have been frozen in that position
