dell inspiron - bluetooth - can inspiron RECEIVE bluetooth audio

dell  inspiron, bluetooth.  I want to take our tv or stereo, put a  bluetooth TRANSMITTER on it, and have the inspiron bluetooth RECEIVE that signal, as an input for a zoom meeting, like a microphone.

can this be done, or is the bluetooth inspiron connection only for TRANSMITTING bluetooth?

any clarification is appreciated.

if the inspiron connection only TRANSMITS, then can a bluetooth USB RECEIVER be used, to grab the audio signal  from the tv/stereo, and be an audio-input source for the computer?
