Dell Inspiron 15 5558 appliactions

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5558 which I restored with my USB restore key only problem it is missing the webcam program and the others that it came with looked on download site shows no webcam central program at all

How do I get the right webcam central and other applications for this it is running Windows 7 Professional 64bit
