Dell Inspiron 15 3511 Factory Reset
Laptop was bought by elderly father and he made many mistake setting it up and now he could not remember his pin to windows 11, then before that, the keyboard wasn't working, only the touchscreen.
Bought a display model from Costco.
I would like to complete factory reset this laptop and set it up for him.

Check this article for instructions to use SupportAssist OS Recovery. There's a user's guide here as well. You shouldn't have any problem restoring from the local recovery image; it's most likely unchanged since the system was shipped.
