dell Dimenson 4550 Ethernet Controller Issue

so i recently acquired my old child hood dell back from my father who died back in march and i cleaned it all up and reinstalled windows xp and now i am having trouble with the ethernet controller driver i cant seem to find what driver i need and how to get it installed.
