Dell Digital Locker Software Download Pending Validation

I purchased two digital codes for Xbox games direct from Dell yesterday, and I received an order confirmation email, but both codes are stuck in “Pending Validation” state. I used Dell Rewards for the entire balance of the purchase so there’s no credit card processing to wait on. I need help from Dell Support to access my digital codes, please.
