Dell Command Update -reboot NOT WORKING.

Latitude 7430
I have been testing Command Update extensively for the past week or so, but cannot get reboot to work.
The command-line argument I use is:
DCU-CLI.EXE /applyupdates -reboot=enable -updatetype=bios -autoSuspendBitLocker=enable
The output is:
Installing updates (1 of 1). Update Name: Dell Latitude 7330/7430/7530 System BIOS
Finished installing the updates.
1 of 1 update(s) successfully installed.
The system has been updated and requires a reboot to complete the process.
The system will automatically reboot to finish applying the updates.
Execution completed.
The program exited with return code: 1
The Command Update Reference guide states that:
Return code:
1 == A reboot was required from the execution of an operation. Reboot the system to complete the operation.
Why is it not rebooting automatically when I tell it to -reboot and my device is plugged in??? Seems like a bug to me...

On the title bar, click Settings. On the Settings screen, click Update Settings. Under Automatically check for updates > Check for updates, select one of the following: Weekly Updates—If you select this option, Dell Command | Update runs the updates on the system once in a week.
