Keys are not displayed on the system or box and have not been for some time. It is an MS error and this YouTube video may help.

Tried everything, WINDOWS 11 HOME still needs the 25-KEY activation code
Did all the GPEDIT.MSC which was missing

It looks like there may be some corruption in Windows, which is unfortunate since the system is brand new. A Windows "repair install" might work. You'll want to follow the instructions here, using the ISO of Windows 11 instead of 10 as described. It'll give you a pristine Windows install and leave all your files/apps/settings intact. Your current Windows installation is backed up, so you can restore if it fails or wipe it with Disk Cleanup if it succeeds.
You could alternatively restore factory state from recovery media or your Dell recovery partition (SupportAssist OS Recovery), but if you've truly had this problem since the system was delivered, it's conceivable it might not help!

Maybe a couple of other things, first you might consider removing your personal info in your attachments.
You say the system is new but it has an 8th Gen processor. Is there any more info, I understand you may have purchased a system that has been on the shelf for a while. If you were to have purchased it from the company you work for or it had been a demo model from a store, that might be relevant.
Since the system was probably first loaded with Win 10, perhaps you may even need to go back to that to get it activated but this is just a wild guess.
You are running a Home version so it doesn't usually do the .msc utilities.
