DDPM 2.0.0.72 does not work
Hi there,
I own Dell Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo KM7120W and after today's update of Dell PeM 1.7.7 to DDPM 2.0.0.72 I'm facing some issues with the app.
For some reason, my keyboard and mouse are not detected by the new app, and it does nothing if I click on (+) or Connect button. Though Settings seem to work fine.
Before DDPM update installed:
After DDPM update installed:
My Windows version is 24H2 with recent updates.
I tried different ways to update to 2.0.0.72, and finally I gave up and rolled back to DPeM_7MGJH_1.7.7_WN64_A00 because the issue persists for all installation variants of 2.0.0.72
Any suggestion, please?
Thanks!

Click the link to install the latest DDPM. Once it is installed let us know if it resolves the issue are not.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Just experienced the same thing at our office. Had Dell RemoteAssist attempt to fix the issue. Their resolution was to uninstall the DDPM 2.0.0.72 and reinstall the DPeM1.7.7. This is not a fix but a workaround. The DPeM is still prompting for the DDPM update.

I have installed the new version of DDPM 2.0.1.16 and confirm that problem is resolved.
Thanks a lot!

@DELL-Jesse L I can't even get 2.0.1.16 to install. Throws a DCS 1603 error. Reboot the computer, try again, same error. Tried downloading it again from the link you provided, same thing. Looks like @d_3_7_7 is having the same issue.
This is on a Precision 5560 with Windows 10 x64. We have some P2424HEB monitors where the webcam just seems to go to sleep and is not detected by Windows until you turn the monitor off and back on. Very annoying, was hoping something in here would fix it as the latest firmware didn't.

Hello,
Here is one of the Advices I have for you after looking into the matter:
Unistall Dell Peripheral Manager (any version)
Then uninstall the Dell Core Services from the system (Control Panel).
Then attempting the Dell Peripheral Manager install should successful with last version (DDPM 2.0.1.16)
