Credit card change?

Has anyone been able to change there credit card info?

Do you mean change your default credit card in your DELL account?
Click on  ACCOUNT at the top of the page "under keyword search" Log in, on your ACCOUNT page you will see a section titled  SHOPPING RESOURCES
at the bottom of this section you will see Payment Information click on that on now you should see you default payment method and defaulat shipping address which can now be edited.

Hope that helps.

If you are reffering to the information in the Vista Upgrade, don't worry. I changed my credit card info a bit back, and just the other day the new card was billed for the upgrade, so even though you might not be able to see the changes, it's there.

I don't know if that was what was meant but it could be the same trouble I'm having with the Vista upgrade site.

I've been trying to change my cc details since 20th Feb and so far, although I can edit my details with no problem and even though I've allowed a bit more than the 24-48 hours suggested, no go. Each time I check the changes haven't been made.

I'm aware the site is, shall we say, popular, but I have a collection of 'your request as been submitted . . ' confirmation numbers, and an order on a card that no longer exists.

Hey Dell - service tag problems, sites crashing, even worse than usual customer (non) services, at best vague shipping dates, detail change problems, chronic lack of communication - did the fact that a lot of people took you up on your upgrade offer catch you by suprise at all?

I had to cancel my credit card used for my vista express upgrade.  So, I tried to update my order with my new credit card number about 10 days ago.  The order status site never showed that my credit card has been changed.  Today, I got an e-mail from dell stating they could not process my express upgrade order because my credit card was invalid.  The e-mail instructed me how to update my credit card, the exact process I did about 10 days ago.  I have now updated it again though I have no idea if it worked.  Anyone else have this issue?
