Crash and main screen black, but second screen works

Since I got my Dell XPS 15 9510, I have regularly the same problem. The main screen black, but second screen works. Dell tells me that I need to change my motherboard, reset Windows...  Except that if I look for it myself, I end up finding a solution: following a driver update, nothing works anymore.

It's time for Dell, Intel, Nvidia and Windows to get together so that their services work properly! This is unprofessional and wastes a lot of time!

Today, I still have this problem. I'm not asking for support from Dell because they won't help me, even if I subscribed to maintenance.

I'm really bothered because I have a computer that isn't working properly and this is the first time this has happened to me. Except that I use my computer as a professional and the time I waste is money lost that Dell will never reimburse me.

Dell, if you finally have a reliable solution it would be really professional to give it to me, here !
