Core Isolation Problems on Windows 10

I have a Inspiron 3671 and was trying to turn on Memory Integrity on the Core Isolation tab and are unable to do so. When I first tried, Windows showed a bunch of non-compatible Logitech drivers for an older webcam of which I deleted. The only thing left was the Western Digital "wdcsam64_prewin8.sys" oem24.inf driver of which the only way to remove was with the "pnputil /delete-driver" command under the Windows Powershell (Administrator). That worked and that driver is gone but I cannot still turn on memory integrity. When the error message now pops up and you click on incompatible drivers, no driver are listed at all.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe a long shot, verifying your BIOS settings to see certain requirements are enabled.  Use this reference guide to enable whichever applicable in BIOS settings.

For me I solved it by disabling dddriver64Dcsa.sys. It's Dell Data Vault something even if I didn't have this installed.

Even after fresh reinstallation of Windows this file was present.

This guide helped me with finding drivers which aren't listed as incompatible.

Can not enable Memory Integrity. Shows no incompatible drivers! - Microsoft Community

Hope it helps!
