From the motherboard model number your system appears to be an Optiplex 780 mini-tower (MT). Here's the info from the Setup and Features Manual:
Memory module connector: Four DIMM slots
Memory module capacity: 1 GB, 2 GB, or 4 GB
Type: 1066 MHz DDR3 SDRAM (non-ECC only)
Minimum memory: 1 GB
Maximum memory: 16 GB
From CPU-Z I don't think I can tell whether you have four 2GB DIMMs or two 4GB DIMMs. Looking inside the system (or potentially at the pre-boot menus) can give you better info. The manuals don't specify whether, or to what extent, you can mix/match DIMM sizes. Probably best to at least match the sizes of pairs in the black or the white slots. In other words, if you currently have four 2GB DIMMs, you could replace a pair of DIMMs with 4GB to get 12GB, or all four to get the 16GB max. The users here tend to recommend Corsair memory since it's guaranteed to work in Dell systems.
