Can't do screenshots.

Hi. Technosaur (82) here. Long-time Dell customer, akways been poleased with units, current;y v. happy w/my 6-year-okld Dell desktop, 20-inch monitor ad XPS-13 laptop. Both w/Windows 10. Had been using 2220L (or M) monitor but a neighbor left me her larger U2412M monitor. Hooked it up; all fine until I tried screenshot. Result: message from MS "Item not collected: Larger than Clipboard capacity." OK, I thought: maybe the thing I'm trying for is just to big--too many pixels or bites or something. But I can do screenshot of the simplest, smallest, plainest Word docs. On the other hand, my XPS will readily screenshoot anything I want, and, when I turn on TeamViewer and connect w/my desktop, it will screenshoot the exact same thing.
