can't access a specific web site

I have a home hard wired network connected to a cable modem via a router/hub. On the network are several computers including 4 on xp pro, one linux, 2 on 98se, one ME. in general, all can access the internet. However, I seem to be blocked from reaching . TOS76>from my computer. (no other sites seem affected. I can access it from other computers. I cannot find any firewall blocks, nor do I have it listed as a "forbidden" site in my internet settings. Norton system works 2004 is on the machine, but firewall there is not enabled. I'm stumped. Help, please
