can not upload iphone 12 photos to Windows 10 Dell PC

As recently as 2 months ago I uploaded photos from my iphone to my Dell Windows 10 desktop PC. Now it will not work at all...it sometimes detects one photo and hangs up there but there are over 100 new photos. I have tried ALL the suggestions and NOTHING works! HELP! I am very frustrated!

Recently, some users reported that photos won't upload on Windows because they are saved in HEIC format. I f you're facing this problem too, you can have a try on iMobie HEIC Converter, a hassle-free HEIC converter tool that supports change these photos to JPG. And then you can try to upload photos on Windows again
