I'm using fusion 360 and getting "graphics driver may be limiting performance" messages. Can I add a separate graphics card to this computer ?

Yes, you can add a separate graphics card to your Precision 3450. Refer to system specifications and select a card that met your preference. Below is a list of graphics cards which have been tested and validated by Dell to be used in the 3450 SFF.
