Camera sensitivity super high in all the games I play. Windows 11
About 2 weeks ago, I started having this problem where playing any game on my PC, the camera sensitivity in-game (where you right click and move your mouse to look around) is extremely high. Cursor speed is normal.
I've already tried reinstalling mouse drivers, reinstalling my Razer Synapse program, tried different mice, tried every USB port on my computer, turning off enhanced pointer precision, changing mouse polling rates, clean installing windows using Windows 11 Disk Image ISO twice, turning off all the overlays for my programs, trying mice on a new windows local account, having the latest windows updates, reinstalling latest graphics card driver, installing an older version of graphics card driver, updated chipset drivers and BIOS for my motherboard, messing around with my DPI, doing troubleshooting and diagnostics on Dell's website, and uninstalling Razer Synapse again and uninstalling any Razer related drivers, devices, and HIDs in Device Manager and then rebooting and testing.
This is driving me wild and making games unenjoyable to play. Please help. Thanks.
Dell Inspiron 3910, AMD Radeon RX6600, SSD, 32GB Ram, 500w PSU, stock motherboard

You've mentioned disabling overlays, but ensure all recording/overlay software (Discord overlays, Nvidia ShadowPlay, AMD Radeon, MSI Afterburner, etc.) are fully disabled or uninstalled temporarily. Sometimes, even the slightest overlay can interfere with mouse input.
