Boot failure

I recently bought an alienware m18 about 1.5 months ago and it won't boot up. It has thrown a OS_Boot_failure error a few times but I just chalked it up as a simple error as I could restart the laptop and it would run fine.

It has finally stopped booting up windows. I have tried the OS recovery system and it says that all scans are fine. I'm trying a full "Reset and Update" now to see if maybe my operating system had corrupt files.

What are my options if this doesnt work?
