Blue screen after waking up from sleep or hibernate mode

Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition

My laptop keep crashing and getting blue screen with error code BAD_POOL_CALLER and then restart the PC, it only happens after waking up from sleep mode or hibernate mode, I ran diagnostics and no issues were found, all drivers are up-to-date, can you help me solve the issue?

There are a bunch of threads on the forum about this error, which apparently can be caused by faulty or corrupted software or drivers. This utility can show what drivers were running when the crashes occurred. My guess is the dump files generated from the crashes will have a lot in common.

If reinstalling a specific driver or two doesn't fix the problem, the "repair install" approach may work. It's quick, simple and effective for a whole range of problems.

Hi! I had same issues. I experienced that disconnecting  the Power  cable  from the G3, then restart  the laptop  and it will be fine and boot  well. Overall this is crazy. your reco is really a hard job for average users to do. But I will try soon, to have the hope  it helps. Thanks for it.
