Bitlocker

 Hi, Ive got locked out of my dell laptop used only as personal computer.Just like all of you ive not changed any settings or anything. The system gives me a recovery key id,which obviously is not the key itself.Can someone tell me if the key id iscany help as i definitely had not set any recovery keys? thanks
