bitlocker plz help me
A sudden power outage caused my computer to freeze. When I restarted it, it asked for BitLocker, even though I hadn't done so. I opened my Microsoft account and found the computer in the Devices list, but without a key number.
Please, I want to solve the problem, as it has locked the entire hard drive (Windows + the additional hard drive). I am willing to provide any evidence that it has been my own device since I bought it, and I am the only one dealing with it.
plz help me, This problem threatens my future in continuing my job.
