AOL says GOOD BY and won't let me lonin??

Hi Folks,

This is my first post so I hope I do this right.  I just purchased a new Dell (266gh, 1000 ram, 160gh hd etc etc)  For some reason, when I logon to AOL, it says Good By before I get looged in.  I have tried ALL the fixes on the Dell Support help sections with no luck.  In order to get on AOL, I have to uninstall AOL and reinstall to work.

Is there something I can do to correct this situation?

Thank for any suggestions the pro's out there can give me.
