Add fn + left/right feature like all laptop keyboards for the Dell KB740 keyboard (KM7120W)
Every Dell laptop has the key combination fn + left to make the cursor jump to the start of the line and fn + right to jump to the end of the line.
Please add this to the driver / Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for the Dell Pro Plus compact keyboard - KB740 also sold as Dell Pro Plus compact keyboard and mouse - KM7120W
This keyboard has the same layout as Dell Precission laptops. So I expect the same behaviour.
The key combination fn + left to make the cursor jump to the start of the line and fn + right to make the cursor jump to the end of the line is a super useful feature.
Could Dell add this to the driver / Dell Display and Peripheral Manager?

Can you confirm if this is working on a non-dell branded external keyboard? I see what you mean with the FN+left or right not working with our external keyboards. I was able to replicate this pretty easily in excel using my laptop and the KB216 keyboard I have at my desk. Seeing as this is happening across various Dell keyboards, it may just be a limitation of our external keyboards. Per this article here, the Fn key seems to be mostly beneficial to multimedia functions. However, it does have an exception that any F# keys with no media icons behave as traditional function keys regardless of the primary or secondary mode, so in theory that verbiage should support the left+right functionality you are looking for.

Also selecting text with shift + fn + 1 (end) does not work as is should. It should work like the Dell Precision 7680 keyboard shift + fn + right arrow. Selecting the text from the cursor to the end of the line.
Dell when can we expect the bug fix in the Dell software?
