VxRail Install Wizard and the Name scheme / Pool IP allocation
Hello everybody,
I'm thinking of installing a VxRail stretched cluster soon.
Today, I have two "Data" sites with stretched vlans (layer 2) and I am organized as below for my vmware servers existing :
1. The IP subnets are in /23 with the first address 255 for site A and the second address 255 for site B.
2. The name of the location site is in my host name.
It gives something like that:
esxi01-siteA.mydomain.com / 10.10.10.254.11
esxi02-siteA.mydomain.com / 10.10.10.254.12
esxi03-siteA.mydomain.com / 10.10.10.254.13
esxi01-siteB.mydomain.com / 10.10.10.255.255.11
esxi02-siteB.mydomain.com / 10.10.10.255.12
esxi03-siteB.mydomain.com / 10.10.10.255.13
With the VxRail Wizard, is it possible to work like this (choose the IP pool and site location name for hosts?
