VSAN storage issue

Gents, We have recently deployed VxRail 4.5. There is some issue with the VSAN storage. Consume disk space shows more than assigned disk size.

For example, if we have created 100GB disk VM it is actually showing 150GB space VM. Another case is currently a file server with 40TB space disk assigned showing 60TB consumed space in storage. There is no snapshot or zombie VMDK in VM directory. Any guess?
