VSAN is still included. The vSphere license is no longer bundled. Customers must bring their own vSphere license. For more details please refer to the VxRail Ordering and Licensing Guide (page 18): https://support.emc.com/docu62876_VxRail-Ordering-and-Licensing-Guide.pdf
