4* 25G (2NDC & 2PCI) Network configuration

i need to configure VxRail Cluster with 2*25 NDC ports & 2*25 PCi ports what is the best practice to use predefined profiles  connecting ports 1NDC & 2PCi to switch01 and 2NDC & 1 PCI to switch 2 ?

if i go through this configuration what should i select during initial implementation 4*25 Ports ?

and if i decided to go through custom network could you please advice with required steps? is there any prepration befor doing that to ESXI hosts vSwitch ? what is the best mapping ?
