Windows xp/7/8 works, iPad works, Mac and Android dont - please help

We have the following setup.

Vworkspace 7.6

Secure Gateway

Two Factor forced on the broker

Terminal Services and Windows 7 desktops (hyper-v)

All Windows xp, 7 and 8 clients (after patch) works as does iPad when configured with secure gateway.

But when configuring on Android and Mac it gets as far as displaying the desktops and then says could not authenticate user when you click on one.

Are Android and Mac's supported with secure gateway and two factor?

If so any ideas where I can look please.
