Web access can't connect to RD hosts from internal

After Andre helped me out with the redirection issue i now have one thing left which causses frustration

When i go to the Web Access site from a external source using https://access.customer.com:444 i can reach the WebaAccess and start a managed desktop without any problems.

When i access it from a internal source using http://servername/vworkspace i see the managed application, but it won't connect to my RD servers.

I get an error saying " check if it's turned on etc etc." .

My guess is that this caused by a configuration setting in the website, but i simple don't see the faut

The default rule is set to : vWorkspace Secure gateway

The Secure gateway settings are:

Secure server: access.customer.com      port number: 444 (dnat)

INternal address secure gateway: 10.0.0.x

External url: http://access.customer.com

Intenal url: http://servername/vworkspace

Advanced settings: firewall traversal: disabled

Am i missing something???
