vWorkspace "Remote Control" feature with Wyse thinclients
Hi all,
We have a Windows 7 virtual desktop deployment with vWorkspace 7.2 and Wyse thinclients running OS embedded "ThinOS".
When a user establish a session to his virtual desktop through the wyse thinclient, I cannot use the "Remote Control..." feature to assist that user: When I try to connect, the user gets disconnected.
In the virtual desktop, the eventviewer says:
"The RDP protocol component "DATA ENCRYPTION" detected an error in the protocol stream and has disconnected the client."
But, when the user connects with the vWorkspace client through a PC with Windows XP as the client, the Remote Control feature runs without problems.
Is there any solution for this? Should I add/modify some options in the ThinClient RDP Connection?
(The Wyse ThinClients are getting his configuration from a "wnos.ini" file)
Thanks a lot in advance.

Are there multiple monitors on the thin clients vs the Windows desktops? There are known limitations for RDP and Citrix when trying to remote control a multi-monitor user session.
