VWorkspace & Mac's Universal Printer Option !FIX IT!

We have a huge client base using both Windows and OSX... The Mac users are consistently suffering from a printing issue where their printers disappear and then no longer show up on the virtual desktop. This is an issue that should have been taken care of in vworkspace .75 not 7.5... There's no Quest Universal Printer option or any way to add their printer once it disappears... Sometimes reinstalling the client works for a couple days then the printers randomly disappear again... This happens with so many Mac users I have lost count. I am not saying this is an easy issue to fix but I kind of feel like it is... Please  fix the issue, it’s getting really old.
