vWorkspace, Macs and Disk Drives

I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this problem.

This involves both the vWorkspace Connector and the vWorkspace Java client for Macs.

I set it up so that the local Mac hard drive maps when the Mac user logs into our virtual machines.

The drive will map, the problem is coping files to and from the drive.

You can copy to and from the root of the local hard drive (Mac).

You CAN'T copy to or from a folder (like \Users\randomuser\Desktop).  The disk will disconnect and there is a tscleint error.

Hi Sarah,

I've not seen this issue before, so could you please raise this with Quest Technical Support so that they can help investigate and localize the root cause of this for you?

Thanks

-Keith
